Lufthansa A350-900 Business Class

Lufthansa's new-generation Allegris business class cabin, fitted exclusively on Allegris-equipped A350-900 tails (AeroLOPA subtype lh-35p). The cabin spans two sections across rows 2–12 with approximately 38 lie-flat seats in a 1-2-1 direct-aisle-access layout.

Spot it

• Collins Aerospace seat with tall herringbone privacy walls in a 1-2-1 layout — distinct from the legacy B/E Aerospace seat on pre-Allegris A350-900 tails
• Front-row Business Suite positions feature a visible sliding privacy door — only found on Allegris-equipped tails
• Two separate mini-cabin sections (not one continuous cabin)

Inherited from the four ex-Philippine Airlines A350-900s acquired by Lufthansa in 2022–2023, this cabin retains PAL's original Thompson Vantage XL staggered lie-flat seat in a 1-2-1 layout — substantively different from Lufthansa's standard pre-Allegris A350 fleet (which is 2-2-2). The cabin holds approximately 30 J seats over rows 1–8, with every seat offering direct aisle access and converting to a fully flat bed of roughly 196 cm.

Spot it

• 1-2-1 layout — four seats per row, NOT 2-2-2 (that's the standard legacy lh-359 product) and NOT Allegris (lh-35p)
• Thompson Vantage XL seat with side console — carried over from PAL's original delivery configuration
• Approximately 30 J seats — lower density than both the 48-seat lh-359 standard and the 38-seat Allegris cabin

Lufthansa's pre-Allegris standard A350-900 business class — the same B/E Aerospace angled-flat seat family that flies on the carrier's A330-300 and 747-8 fleets. The cabin holds 48 J seats across 8 rows in a 2-2-2 layout.

Spot it

• 2-2-2 layout — six seats per row, NOT the Allegris 1-2-1 nor the ex-Philippine-Airlines 1-2-1 staggered seat
• Window passengers must step over the aisle passenger to reach the aisle (no direct aisle access)
• No privacy door, no shell partition — center pair seats angled slightly toward each other
