American's A321XLR Flagship Suite has individual lie-flat seats with privacy doors. Every passenger has direct aisle access, with no adjacent seatmate on either side of the aisle. The seats angle toward the aisle, and wireless charging is built in. This is a different cabin from the paired recliners on American's standard A321neo.
