Lufthansa's Airbus A340-300 carries the airline's pre-Allegris long-haul Business Class: 30 seats in a 2-2-2 layout across five rows. These are B/E Aerospace Diamond seats that convert into an angled lie-flat bed roughly 188 cm long, with a seat width near 52 cm and generous pitch. Every pair shares aisle access, so window passengers step over their neighbour to reach the aisle, and there are no privacy dividers or doors between seats. Each seat has a personal HD touchscreen with on-demand entertainment, in-seat power and adjustable lumbar support. This is the classic Lufthansa business product, identical to the seat found on its A330-300, A380 and 747-8 fleets; the newer Allegris cabin is not installed on the A340-300.
